Welcome to our Church

Providence Methodist is a start-up church that was founded in late 2023.  Our faith community consists of folks from Buncombe, Madison and Henderson counties.

After a period of discernment, the congregation of Providence voted to join The Global Methodist Church.  Being part

of a larger, truly global movement of Methodists is a vital part of the classic Wesleyan model of church networks that

are theologically and socially aligned. The Global Methodist Church has a strong, orthodox doctrine based on

2,000 years of Christian teaching.​
